Contribute to practical projects instead of learning only through exercises. Assignments depend on current projects, experience, and team capacity.
LEARN. BUILD. GROW TOGETHER.
Inov8ing is building an online team for people who want to learn, create, solve real problems, and build digital products together. From AI and software to video content and digital growth, bring your skills, develop new ones, and contribute to projects with a shared purpose.

Different skills. One team. Shared purpose.
We are building an online collaboration initiative where people with different skills can work together on content, AI-powered solutions, software, web applications, and other digital products. Some contributors will arrive with years of experience; others will be starting from zero. The goal is to learn through practical work, support one another, and build projects that can create real value.
Status note: Inov8ing is starting online. Projects, resources, and opportunities will grow according to the team's capacity and results.

Beginners can develop skills through guidance, learning materials, practical tasks, and collaboration where mentors and resources are available.
You do not need to pay a membership fee or buy every tool before applying. Inov8ing may provide selected resources when available and appropriate.
Where project permissions, client obligations, and confidentiality rules allow, gain work you may be able to discuss or showcase.

Build connections with people in other fields. Consistent contributors may be considered for greater responsibility or future leadership as the organization grows.
These are intended opportunities, not guarantees. The experience and resources available to each person depend on the project, their contribution, and Inov8ing's capacity.

Applicants may select more than one area. We will use your primary skill, additional skills, experience, availability, and current project needs to organize applications and decide where someone may fit. Not every workstream listed here already has an active funded project.
Inov8ing is open to people who genuinely want to learn, contribute, and help build. Beginners can apply without a portfolio. Experienced contributors can share examples of previous work if they have them. What matters is honesty about your current level, reliable communication, and a realistic commitment to the time you can give.
Choose the time you can genuinely commit to. Even a small daily commitment can be useful when it is realistic and dependable. Do not promise more time than you can consistently provide.
This opportunity is not a fit for people who expect guaranteed salary, work, followers, profit, or investment returns; who want to join without providing the time they commit to; who are unwilling to communicate when blocked or unable to meet a deadline; who expect membership itself to provide company ownership or equity; or who cannot follow confidentiality, security, respectful-conduct, and project rules.
Review time depends on application volume and current team needs. We do not promise a fixed response time.
Inov8ing uses a project-based approach. People who contribute to a particular project may share in the revenue according to a written agreement made before work begins. There is no universal percentage and no automatic equal split across the organization.
Before a project starts, the relevant agreement should identify the participating contributors, the work expected, how contributions will be assessed, which costs can be deducted, how operational costs are allocated, the revenue-share calculation, and when payment can be made. Project-level financial reports will show the revenue received, agreed costs, amount available for distribution, and each eligible contributor's agreed share.
We understand that people have studies, jobs, family responsibilities, and other commitments. Inov8ing therefore asks you to state realistic availability. When you accept a task, communicate clearly, make a good-faith effort to meet the agreed deadline, and tell the team early if you become blocked or cannot continue.
Leaving: if you later decide to leave, the proposed rule is to provide seven days' notice. The final agreement will explain the exit process, access removal, handover responsibilities, and how amounts already earned or unpaid are handled.
Inov8ing is open to discussing project-based and wider investment or resource partnerships. For example, a partner may fund agreed tools, resources, or development work for a defined project. Any proposed investment, risk, ownership rights, revenue-sharing calculation, term, and payment arrangement must be discussed and documented separately before money is accepted.
Discuss an Investment or Resource Partnership
Submitting an enquiry is not an offer to sell securities or a promise of a return. No investment is accepted through this form. Any arrangement requires separate due diligence and a written agreement reviewed for legal and regulatory suitability.

Each revenue-sharing project must have terms agreed in advance. The agreement defines eligible costs, operational cost allocation, participants, contribution criteria, shares, and payment timing.

Yes. Use the separate Investor / Resource Partnership enquiry. It is reviewed separately and does not automatically enroll you as a member or investor.
If you want to learn through practical work, contribute consistently, and help build digital products and content with a team, start with an application. Be honest about your skills, your availability, and what you want to achieve.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a project assignment, payment, revenue, or investment return.
