How It Works
From initial application to active collaboration and project-based revenue sharing, here is how the Inov8ing operating model works step by step.
-
1. Discover & Understand the Model
Read our published policies, terms of use, and collaboration summaries. We believe in total transparency about what we offer, what we expect, and what is not promised.
-
2. Submit Your Application
Complete our 5-step application form covering your background, skill levels, practical experience, weekly availability, and learning goals. Applying is completely free.
-
3. Verify Your Email Address
Check your inbox for a secure verification link. Opening this link confirms your contact details and formally places your application into the review queue.
-
4. Review by Founder
The founder evaluates verified applications against active project requirements and team capacity. If your profile aligns with an open workstream, you may be invited to an introductory call.
-
5. Introductory Call or Interview
A short conversation (via Google Meet or phone) to discuss your goals, realistic time commitments, and specific project opportunities.
-
6. Written Agreement Review
Before any project work begins, selected collaborators review the formal Collaboration Agreement and applicable Intellectual Property terms. No contributor is ever added to active project work without a written agreement.
-
7. Onboarding & Team Placement
Once the agreement is completed, you receive onboarding documentation and access to your project group, meeting calendar, and initial assignments.
-
8. Collaborative Execution & Revenue Sharing
Collaborators deliver agreed tasks. For commercial projects, revenue distribution follows the specific written schedule agreed before work started, based on actual cleared receipts minus approved project expenses.
Key Principles We Uphold
- Realistic Time Commitments: State the hours you can genuinely deliver and communicate early if your schedule changes.
- No Speculative Guarantees: We do not promise fixed income or employment; earnings are tied directly to agreed project performance.
- Clear Exit Path: Collaborators can leave with seven days' written notice, with handover of active tasks and reconciliation of earned allocations.
